Executive Profile

Brian is the Co-Founder & President of Max Edwards Company (MEC), a business consulting and professional development firm specializing in growth, engagement, and workforce strategies for companies, communities, and individual professionals.

With nearly 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, Brian has worked with some of the world’s most recognized media and entertainment brands—including Universal Studios, House of Blues, Disney, Warner Bros., and FOX Sports. During his tenure in television, he led diverse teams and oversaw the launch of nine new broadcast and cable networks, managing large-scale initiatives across multiple markets.

After a successful corporate career, Brian transitioned into consulting, where he leverages his recruiting expertise and leadership background to help businesses build high-performing teams. Over the past four years, he has expanded his work into business development, strategic advisement, and organizational coaching for corporations, foundations, and nonprofits.

Brian also provides executive coaching and career development support to professionals at all levels—from senior leaders to recent graduates and veterans. One of MEC’s signature initiatives is the AT&T Veterans Media Fellowship, now in its second year and already doubled in size.

Max Edwards Company was founded in 2015 by Cecil Max Wright, a Marine Corps. Veteran and Human Resources Executive.
